What About PBC Day 2021?
Palm Beach County Day has always been about building relationships and working together for the good of Palm Beach County. Covid-19 may prevent our attendees from gathering together physically, but plans are in place to proceed with Palm Beach County Day virtually. Our goal of keeping Palm Beach County’s legislative agenda in front of state lawmakers will continue through WebEx meetings as well as through visual reminders of Palm Beach County including our popular Palm Beach County Day beads.
At this point in Tallahassee, it seems that visitors to the Capitol will be extremely limited during the 2021 session. There is not much chance of having any kind of physical prescence inside the Capitol building during the first week of session.
Each year we look forward to networking with new and old friends in Tallahassee who share our love of Palm Beach County and seek to find ways to make life in Palm Beach County the best of everything. This year we will network via the internet.
Palm Beach County Day 2021 will be stretched throughout the first week of the legislative session which takes place March 1-5th. A fully remote Speaker’s Forum as well as being able to observe some meetings will take place via WebEx. Registration can be completed on-line at no cost and will also include a packet containing a “Know Your Legislators” guide as well as Palm Beach County Day beads and a mask.
You will also be included in WebEx presentations as they become available.
